Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of experience managing multiple IT functions.
• Experience supporting or working with energy trading, risk management, settlements, scheduling, market operations, or related business functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives involving business stakeholders, vendors, and multiple technology teams.
• Ability to identify, assess, and respond effectively to project risks, issues, and changing business priorities.
• Leadership skills including objective setting, prioritizing resources, coordinating stakeholders, and implementing tech programs.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong SDLC understanding and enterprise lifecycle management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology needs, decisions, and project activities for trading systems initiatives with technology groups, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure successful execution of project deliverables through management of project risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project resources while supporting technology direction and alignment with standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, technology utilization, and operational efficiency across portfolios.
• Monitor and report project status, milestones, and portfolio activities using enterprise tools.
• Promote knowledge management through documentation, inventories, ownership models, and knowledge transfer.
