General Description:
The IT Program Manager will work with a multitude of H&K departments to manage and deliver their strategic initiatives in alignment with the firm’s goals and objectives. The person fulfilling this role will work with leadership to develop their annual roadmap, manage critical projects, and serve as a point of contact for any questions related to project management of assigned portfolio. This role requires the ability to form strong working relationships with project resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve interdepartmental challenges, and communicate effectively with firm leadership. The incumbent must exhibit exemplary project management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep sensitive information confidential. A successful incumbent must be able to address complex issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find practical and sustainable solutions.
