$40.61/hr - $58.01/hr

Description

• Manage diverse administrative functions for large, complex departments or business units.
• Consult with senior management to define and manage impactful projects.
• Possess thorough knowledge of department or business unit's functional area or products.
• Have working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures.
• Coordinate projects and manage associate training, service quality, process improvement, and communication.
• Ensure business continuity and compliance with financial/accounting practices.
• May have full management responsibility over a team or manage one level of managers.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business management functions including management routines, financial management, and workforce planning.
• Manage staffing routines and oversight for leaders.
• Prepare executives for engagements with peers and business partners.
• Coordinate between teams to align objectives and manage routines.
• Drive production of consistent documentation for executives and business partners.
• Support executives in managing expenses and governing initiative portfolios.
• Partner with executives to deliver a strategic agenda and manage costs.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced/Expert skills in generic office software, especially spreadsheets and presentations.
• Experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business.
