You will coordinate governance, roadmaps, budgets, risk management, and executive communications while guiding teams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, architecture and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year enterprise program focused on improving and modernizing threat and vulnerability management capabilities
• Operate in a player/coach role, providing strategic program leadership and hands-on project management across multiple workstreams
• Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, roadmaps, budgets, risk registers, and dependency management
• Coordinate efforts across cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, operations, architecture, vendor, and business teams
• Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders while ensuring program objectives remain on track
• Identify program risks, surface critical decisions, and facilitate executive-level decision making
• Develop concise executive communications, presentations, and leadership briefings
• Translate complex technical topics into clear business-focused messaging for senior leaders
• Build structure and momentum in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
