Gartner is looking for a well-rounded IT Program Manager who can provide project and program leadership for technology projects within Gartner’s Conference Technology organization. As the Global Conferences business continues to grow, our Conference Technology team will aim to deliver world-class execution, world-class digital products, and world-class data availability. The IT Program Manager role will lead a complex Portfolio of IT projects across multiple technology services. They are accountable for the quality of the results, benefits realization, timely delivery, ensuring that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards. They will be responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to standard Agile practices, coaching and guiding teams through continuous improvement and adoption. In this role you will be required to manage and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams. The candidate must have experience driving Agile transformations and improving organizational Agile maturity.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 108,000 USD - 148,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
