Job Description

Join our innovative IT team at our company, where we leverage technology to enable new organizational capabilities. To our tech center in Prague, we are seeking an SAP Business Analyst to be a change agent for the order-to-cash eInvoicing process. This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within order management, eInvoicing and digitization in the order-to-cash area.

Responsibilities

  1. Directly coordinate, align, and partner with the business via managing specific Order to Cash process area or subject e.g. Order management, Billing
  2. Participate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our platforms and processes
  3. Handle small projects as a lead analyst, project manager, or as the subject matter expert
  4. Account and manage for the demands per region and specific area and discuss this with the respective Global process Team member or Regional Commercial IT leads/members
  5. Collaborate with other Global and regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this role
  6. Constantly align with the OTC Value Team lead as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team’s project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  1. Deep functional/technical knowledge in SAP SD module and the experience in at least one full cycle implementation, project training and change management experience
  2. Experience with implementation of multiple countries’ eInvoicing/eGovernment solutions; Experience with SAP DRC or other 3rd party eInvoicing/eGovernment solutions
  3. Hands on configuration experience in the SAP SD module coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as middleware or EDI/BTP
  4. University graduate or any of its equivalent in the logistics and sales, marketing, Business administration or Computer Science
  5. 3+ years of related experience in supporting pharmaceutical or any relevant commercial and manufacturing industries
  6. Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal, together with ability to lead with drive, passion and ambition
  7. SAP certification is a plus
  8. Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
