IT Procurement Sr. Associate

EY, a multinational professional services firm, is hiring an IT Procurement Sr. Associate to manage the procurement of technology products, including hardware, software, and professional services, within agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. The role will work closely with the Technology Practice Management Sourcing Lead and team supporting global stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage regional sourcing projects.
2. Follow sourcing strategies implemented by procurement leaders.
3. Ensure cost savings targets are met and quality of service is maintained.
4. Ensure timely execution of purchases.
5. Maintain the highest levels of integrity and ethical procurement processes.
6. Think creatively and provide innovative suggestions to improve service delivery.
7. Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent purchases.
8. Lead negotiations to achieve desired cost savings.
9. Manage multiple transactions of varying complexity concurrently.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related organization.
• In-depth experience in technology procurement, especially in the Professional Services category.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in administration, engineering, business, procurement, or related disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interpersonal skills to handle conflict situations and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain procurement decisions and share outcomes effectively.
