Job summary

Clarios, LLC invites a Summer 2027 procurement internship in the greater Milwaukee area, offering hands-on experience across software, SaaS, IT services, and AI sourcing. You’ll assist with onboarding, requisitions, POs, and payment assurance while collaborating with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, and Risk teams.

Ideal candidates are enrolled full-time in relevant programs and capable of up to 40 hours weekly, with a hybrid work setup and in-office option. U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, and/or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Summer 2027.
• Up to 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid internship — must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, contracting, and renewal activities for software, SaaS, IT services, and AI technology suppliers.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice payment assurance.
• Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Risk, and stakeholders to facilitate reviews and approvals.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking to support cost optimization.
• Be proficient in using CoPilot for research efforts.
