What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the ServiceNow ITAM database, ensuring accurate data for software assets throughout their lifecycle
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in software models and asset records through quality assurance audits
- Assist with Enterprise Agreement reporting and manage license assignments in vendor portal systems
- Provide timely inventory, deployment, usage, and availability information to business managers
- Document processes and engage in process improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing IT operation or administrative role
- Experience with enterprise agreements from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle
- Administrative experience with ServiceNow SAM, HAM, and CMDB modules
- Proficient in data collection from various sources including SCCM, Active Directory, and SQL
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management processes and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL, ITAM, and/or SAM training or certification
- Experience with PowerShell and other programming languages
- Familiarity with engineering or scientific software
- Negotiation experience and knowledge of purchasing methods
- Experience with configuration and use of APIs and direct integrations
