Qualifications

• 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with software (SaaS) and hardware contracts.
• Experience managing 8+ projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management & Negotiation – Manage contract lifecycles in Coupa, including new contracts, renewals, and RFPs; engage with stakeholders and vendors; review terms and negotiate pricing and scope.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration – Gather missing information; work with legal, data privacy, risk, and insurance teams; facilitate vendor discussions to finalize agreements.
• Project Management & Execution – Handle multiple projects at different phases; ensure smooth approval workflows and timely renewals.
