Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking an IT PMO Manager to lead the enterprise project portfolio, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll partner with leaders to align initiatives with corporate objectives and drive timely delivery.

With 10+ years in project management and strong leadership, you will own budgeting, scheduling, governance, and cross‑functional transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project, portfolio, or program management.
• 7–10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, Agile‑oriented environments.

The starting pay range for this position is: $145,900.00 - $194,600.00. Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
