Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or portfolio management, preferably within an IT or PMO environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, PPM, PowerBI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis of IT project portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. Identify and address any financial risks or issues.
• Portfolio Support: Support the PMO in managing the IT project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Assist in the development and maintenance of portfolio management processes and tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and financial management practices. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Support governance activities related to IT project financial management.
