Capital Health is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex information system projects end-to-end. You will provide leadership, planning, and coordination to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
The role requires 3–5 years of IT project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with Microsoft networking concepts and vendor management. This is a full-time, on-site position in New Jersey with competitive benefits and pay.

The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensationfor a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

$97,947.20 - $127,982.40

Manages complex information system technical projects in order to provide automated solutions that meet Capital Health's (CH) business needs. Provides ongoing project leadership and planning for assigned system areas in order to provide automated solutions to business processes. Oversees all aspects of project work to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within constraints of budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations. Prioritizes multiple projects and issues to ensure concurrence with organizational plans. Monitors progress according to plan, identifying and coordinating resolution of issues, reporting progress and escalating problems when necessary. Communicates project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Education: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a discipline related to the assigned area; PMP certification preferred.
Experience: Three to five years implementing and managing Information technology projects. Previous technical analyst or equivalent experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Networking Concepts and Vendor Management
Knowledge and Skills: Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices. Strong problem solving, analytical skills.

Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities: Able to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships with all levels and functions of company. Ability to lead and manage multiple time sensitive and deadline-oriented projects simultaneously.
