Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Kinaxis and digital supply chain transformation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
This role will lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and manufacturing initiatives, collaborating closely with global IT, operations, quality, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects in regulated environments.
The position requires availability to support EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure for digital supply chain and system integration initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to support enhancements across production planning, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Oversee data migration and system integrations using APIs, EDI, ETL pipelines, middleware, or related technologies.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business teams, vendors, IT, QA, and leadership, to align expectations and manage risks.
- Apply project governance frameworks, tools, and best practices to monitor project risk, cost, scope, and overall delivery performance.
- Drive effective communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement across geographically distributed teams.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or digital transformation projects within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- 3+ years of experience delivering projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain, including work within validated systems.
- Strong working knowledge of GxP, FDA regulations, and CSV requirements.
- Hands-on experience leading data integration initiatives using APIs, EDI, ETL tools, or middleware platforms.
- Demonstrated experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, global stakeholders and vendors.
- Proficiency with project and reporting tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to support EST business hours, at minimum through early afternoon EST.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning platforms.
- Exposure to SAP environments, including SAP MDG or S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with serialization, cold chain, or logistics automation systems.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Professional certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2 highly desirable
