Job description

Overview: The Platform Analyst is a dynamic, hands-on role in Employer Services (ES), responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing platform solutions and individual system components that allow departments and IT services. You will focus on optimizing services by balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality. Collaboration with IT and InfoSec teams will be key to managing risks and ensuring scalable solutions for ES products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Platform Senior Leads to support short- and long-term platform roadmaps.
  • Ensure the availability of Microsoft Windows environments within a hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Support Azure Cloud environments and Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) administration.
  • Maintain platform monitoring solutions.
  • Help deploy and manage endpoint security measures.
  • Automate processes to enhance management tasks and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery execution.
  • Conduct hardware and software audits to maintain compliance with policies.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 infrastructure support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows technologies (2016/2019/2022), Azure Cloud, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and cybersecurity practices is a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow,, Jira, and platform security tools.
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL and cloud-based infrastructure tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with platform solutions and security.
  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
