Job summary

NICB is seeking an IT/OT Site Manager for a 40-hour on-site work week at the manufacturing facility. You will lead day-to-day IT/OT operations, from issue resolution to strategy, training, and governance. The role emphasizes process control, DCS/PLC systems, and alignment with NICB’s IT & OT standards.

You will collaborate with Enterprise IT & OT teams and site leadership to drive continuous improvement, manage assets, and ensure security compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience in IT/Business or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing IT/OT environments and process control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT/OT site operations, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis for the facility’s technologies.
• Develop and maintain site technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise IT/OT standards.
• Coordinate with enterprise teams on projects, training, and business continuity plans.
• Mentor junior staff and manage vendor support as needed.
