Senior IC/OT Engineer – Lead the Future of Automation & Digital Infrastructure

Are you an experienced engineer ready to lead complex IT/OT projects at the intersection of automation, networking, and digital transformation?

We’re looking for a Senior IC/OT Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting‑edge infrastructure that powers advanced manufacturing and life sciences operations.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Lead multi‑discipline projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and innovation
Architect and support virtualization, networking, storage, cloud, and cybersecurity systems
Serve as technical lead for network and infrastructure strategy
Author functional specs and high‑level designs for complex systems
Mentor and train junior engineers while maintaining strong customer relationships
Travel within the New York / New England area with occasional U.S. or international trips

What You Bring

5+ years in IT/ICS/OT engineering, focusing on network and system design, build, or deployment
Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, AWS/Azure, Windows/Linux/Unix, and industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, HMI)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools, network infrastructure, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for diverse stakeholders
Proven experience leading technical infrastructure or automation projects
