We currently have an opening for IT Operations Specialist - 3rd shift, in our Troy, Ohio plant. This position is 100% on-site. The hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
This position is responsible for assigned activities relating to desktop and network computing in addition to day-to-day plant shop floor. This will include, but not be limited to, assistance in software and hardware acquisition, implementation and support. As a team member, their primary responsibility will be providing daily support to the end user community with a focus on the manufacturing shop floor. A major emphasis is creating and maintaining a stable desktop and shop floor computing environment for their assigned plant locations.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with desktop, hardware, and network support and relevant products.
Software: Microsoft Windows Products, Microsoft Office, McAfee Products, Java, ADP
Hardware: ISA, EISA, PCI, PCMCIA configurations, HP Printing Systems, Barcoding equipment, Ethernet networking, Cisco Equipment, HP Equipment, Label Printers, Avaya Equipment.
