Austin Industries is seeking an IT Operations Field Analyst at our Dallas headquarters to coordinate circuits and IT equipment across all sites. You will work with ISPs, SD-WAN, Teams and conference room tech, and support field operations with reliable connectivity.

The role requires 2-5 years in IT operations, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel to jobsites as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and ESOP ownership.

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or related field.
• Familiar with SD-WAN, Intune, Aruba, ticketing systems, and construction field technologies.
• Experience with cost controls and Audio/Visual solutions.

• Install, configure, and demobilize IT equipment across sites.
• Set up conference room technology and Teams setups.
• Travel to jobsites as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day tickets in Jira and document SOPs.

has an outstanding opportunity for an IT Operations Field Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The IT Operations Field Analyst is responsible for coordination of all circuits at all Headquarters, offices and jobsites of all Austin operating companies. Coordination and installation of all IT equipment: including but not limited to, networking equipment, network cabling, Audio/Video Equipment for offices and jobsites at all Austin operating companies

Requirements

Connectivity and ISP Management

• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for pricing, installation, and support of circuits at headquarters, offices, and jobsites.
• Maintain network connectivity across all Austin sites.
• Leverage SD-WAN portal for ISP troubleshooting and support.
• Manage cellular data plans and equipment for site connectivity.
• Procure, set up, and manage Starlink installations.

Site and Jobsite Support

• Ensure timely setup of technology for new jobsites to support operational success.
• Install, configure, and demobilize IT equipment at all sites.
• Configure and maintain jobsite printers.
• Manage onsite equipment for all asphalt plants.
• Travel to jobsites as needed.

Infrastructure and Network

• Coordinate trailer design for cabling and network equipment security.
• Collaborate with the Network Team for programming and configuration of network equipment.
• Participate in the design and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services.

Device and Technology Management

• Support and implement various devices (e.g., iPads, FLIR One cameras).
• Procure, set up, and maintain all conference room technology.
• Configure Teams Conference Rooms, assist with Teams policy administration

Documentation and Process Management

• Create and maintain documentation for SOPs and system designs.
• Update and maintain Jobsite Setup Smartsheet.
• Manage and update day-to-day tickets in Jira.

Vendor and Financial Coordination

• Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers, and jobsites.
• Assist Accounts Payable with billing for circuits, routers, and vendor services.

Planning and Evaluation

• Confer with Project Managers to analyze jobsite technology requirements.
• Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in area of specialty is highly preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience with SD-WAN, Intune, Aruba configuration, Ticketing Systems, Construction Field Technologies, Cost Controls, Audio\Visual Solutions.
