The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT operations, an analytical mindset, and strong incident management skills. The expected salary range is $130,000 to $170,000, dependent on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in IT operations or technical support.
• Strong incident management skills including triage and analysis.
• Experience with identity management and access control.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical issues focusing on automation.
• Manage and troubleshoot macOS devices at scale.
