Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent and 1+ year in a forward-facing customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and may be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely response and monitoring of campus IT incidents across multiple systems.
• Supervise OCC student workers to ensure 24/7 coverage and excellent customer service.
• Perform security reviews of physical access to critical IT spaces and generate reports.
