Job summary

Keros Therapeutics is seeking a motivated and technically curious IT Operations Co-op to join our Information Technology team. This paid opportunity is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year student aiming to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology in a fast-paced biotech setting.

The co-op will work alongside seasoned IT professionals, handling endpoint support, onboarding, documentation, and service desk tasks, while contributing to cybersecurity and cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Entering Junior or Senior year (3rd or 4th year student) at an accredited college or university.
• Eligible to participate in an approved co-op or internship program through their academic institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for employees experiencing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with laptop deployment, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning activities.
• Respond to service requests and incidents while maintaining excellent customer service.
