The Workforce Productivity Services team seeks an IT Support Technician with expertise in Windows and Macs. If you are a self-starter passionate about technical solutions and delivering impactful, secure IT services, please apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Technical Pathway Program is a 13-18 month intensive professional development initiative combining formal training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring. Participants will earn relevant IT certifications paid for by Lilly, preparing them for future roles within the company.

Technicians will serve as the “face of IT,” directly assisting Lilly resources with hardware, software, and enterprise application issues. Responsibilities include proactive hardware maintenance, data analytics for focus areas, security compliance, and user support at walk-up kiosks. The role is onsite, rotating across three Indianapolis sites.

  • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills, especially with endpoint devices and Office 365 suite.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical info for non-technical users.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
  • IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
Your Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship expected).
Additional Preferences
  • Apple Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification.
  • Help desk and customer service experience.
