Noblis MSD has an opening for an IT Manager / NTCSS Database Administrator / NTCSS Computer Analyst to support weekday shiftwork duties, providing System Administrator support/services under the Fleet Support Services contract. This position will provide management support for 4 remote sites: Pascagoula, MS; Bath, ME; Norfolk, VA; and San Diego, CA.
The candidate will serve as the primary contact for IT and NTCSS customers on assigned projects, leveraging knowledge of customer operations and business. As an employee, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, encouraging innovation and collaborative problem-solving, and building a high-performing team.
You will work on complex issues of large scope and impact, applying advanced knowledge and seasoned understanding of the business/industry environment. You may operate in multiple professional/technical areas, contributing innovative ideas to projects, and developing novel, customized solutions independently.
This role involves management with direct reports, focusing on planning, staffing, budgeting, delivering commitments, and ensuring operational excellence.
