The IT Network Engineer, Senior is primarily responsible for the design, implementation and support of enterprise network infrastructure utilized by Lurie Children’s Hospital. This includes routers, switches, and relevant network appliances and technology for transport of data and voice services within the Lurie Children’s campus and the Internet. The IT Network Engineer, Senior is expected to be self-directed and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision. Additionally, this position is expected to mentor more junior staff, i.e. the IT Network Engineer. This position performs tasks in association with IM Application and Infrastructure Teams. Duties may be performed directly or coordinated with external technology and/or service partners. This position requires the individual to have a master level understanding of all assigned network, and application technologies and to assume responsibility for the successful completion of complex project tasks.
Pay Range $99,840.00-$164,736.00
Salary At Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions.
