Job summary

Burckhardt Compression US Inc. is seeking an IT Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across the organization.

You will configure routers, switches, and firewalls, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance while supporting users in multiple departments. The role requires deep IP networking knowledge, strong analytical skills, and fluent business English, with extensive WAN/LAN experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology or equivalent certification.
• At least 10 years' experience with LAN management.
• At least 10 years' experience with WAN management in an international environment.
• At least 10 years' experience in IT communications.
• Fluent in business English.
• Certifications in networking area.
• Experience in a multinational group (European headquarters).
• Excellent technical networking skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong accountability and quality focus.

Qualified candidates should possess the following combination of Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, University degree or adequate certification level.
• Deep technical knowledge in IP networking.
• At least 10 years' experience with LAN management and networking (Engineer level).
• At least 10 years' experience with WAN management in international environment.
• At least 10 years' experience in IT communication area.
• Knowledge in communication security.
• Certifications in networking area.
