As an IT Network Technician, this role supports DCYF’s mission by implementing and maintaining network infrastructure across local and remote sites, including support for external partners like tribes and providers. The technician provides journey-level consultation on medium to large-scale projects involving complex networks, technical expertise, and collaboration with agencies like WaTech. Responsibilities include capacity planning, network configuration, and troubleshooting DNS, IP addressing, and routing issues, while ensuring high-level communication and coordination with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
