Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an IT Analyst to maintain and support our information systems across North America. You will collaborate with local and Enterprise IT teams to ensure timely responses to business requests, enabling employees to work effectively.

Your role includes network/server administration, Cisco Meraki wireless solutions, and deploying new technology in plant and office environments, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two-year IT certificate or three years of related practical IT experience.
• Experience with Cisco & Meraki wireless solutions.
• Knowledge of Networking and Wireless standards.
• High-level understanding of dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF).
• Ability to analyze networking problems and determine remediation actions.

Responsibilities

• Follow Nutrien safety, health, and environmental practices.
• Communicate with end users to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Help identify IT service/process improvements.
• Maintain inventory and supply needs for IT support.
• Research, implement, and test new technology independently or in teams.
• Create and update technical documentation.
