Job summary

HealthHelp - A WNS Company is seeking an IT Manager to lead the IT department, align technology initiatives with business goals, and deliver cost-effective solutions. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise IT operations, policies, and projects.

The role requires strong virtualization, networking, and security knowledge, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. On-call duties and collaboration with executives are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years IT experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of server virtualization, remote access, networks, and security.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization.
• Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Manage deployment, maintenance, and support of all IT systems and end-user services.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, outsourcers, and consultants.
