Job summary

Foxconn IT Manager position in Santa Clara, CA, is the single point of accountability for site technology services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure lifecycle management to enable business growth and continuity.

You will lead IT operations, data center and network teams, manage risk and regulatory compliance, supervise applications and EUC/service desk, and align IT initiatives with governance while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in management.
• Experience in leading IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and technology strategy to support organizational goals and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations and Service Delivery Management by overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of IT services, establishing service level objectives (SLAs).
• Manage enterprise infrastructure, network, and data center operations ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
• Oversee cybersecurity and IT risk management programs including policies, risk assessments, and incident response.
• Manage business applications and database support ensuring availability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for End User Computing (EUC) and Service Desk operations delivering high-quality end-user experience.
• Develop and execute IT strategy, budget, governance, and policy standards.
• Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee physical security systems like CCTV and access control in collaboration with facilities/security.
• Manage IT procurement, contracts, and technology assets with cost-effective utilization.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the IT team with clearly defined goals and accountability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
