Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, application development, integration engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience leading enterprise software development and system integration initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integration technologies, and modern application architectures.
- Experience implementing Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers, integration engineers, and platform specialists.
- Establish engineering standards and promote modern development practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD).
- Drive adoption of reusable integration patterns and secure, scalable solutions.
- Own and evolve enterprise developer platforms and tooling (source control, CI/CD, automation).
- Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and application teams to set technology standards.
