Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field required or substituted by relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive software engineering or integration experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience leading enterprise software development and system integration initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, architectural thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integration technologies, and modern application architectures.
• Experience implementing Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, or process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
