Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking an IT Manager – Compensation Systems in Idaho Falls to lead the team responsible for commissions platforms powering a global, partner-based business model.

You will mentor developers and engineers, ensure system accuracy and reliability, and partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and BI to deliver scalable technology solutions. This role emphasizes modernization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or systems analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in IT or software development.
• Strong SQL and database design skills with experience in Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI).
• Proven success managing large-scale, data-driven systems in financial, compensation, or e-commerce environments.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong SQL and database design skills with experience in Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with Python, Snowflake.
• Background in data warehousing, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
