• Ensure robust and scalable cloud infrastructure management within AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement technical solutions.
• Maintain high standards of system performance, security, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management with a focus on automation and systems development.
• Strong proficiency in Jira (workflow automation), BPM platforms, and OutSystems.
• Solid development background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, OutSystems, or BPM tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
