Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Mid-Senior IT Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure in Washington, DC.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs, manage operations from security to backups, and drive policy, training, and updates to keep systems secure and compliant. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud computing.
• Experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading IT teams preferred.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects from conception to completion
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals preferred

Salary

Salary $1500month

Location

Washington DC USA open to candidates from Egypt or other nationalities
