Position Overview
The IT Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning. This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
AI / RPA Implementation
- Identify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives.
System Development & Integration
- Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third‑party systems.
- Ensure stable operation and scalability of integrated systems.
- Oversee system testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
Information Security
- Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices.
- Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as needed.
Operational Support & Governance
- Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, AI/RPA) strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business goals.
- Hands‑on leadership of AI and/or RPA initiatives from design through deployment and optimization.
- Strong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management (ERP and enterprise platforms).
- Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Bilingual Korean/English is a plus.
Recruiting Range
$106,000—$113,000 USD
