Demiurgestudios in Boston is seeking an IT Manager to oversee and improve our studio's IT infrastructure. This role involves supporting a distributed workforce, managing vendor relationships, and executing critical infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT administration experience, hands-on knowledge of Perforce, and a passion for creating structured documentation and environments. Join us in a collaborative culture dedicated to innovative game development!
We're hiring an IT Manager to own our studio's infrastructure end to end: keeping it healthy today and rebuilding it for what's next. This is a hands‑on leadership role – you'll keep our systems running, our people supported, and our documentation current. In addition, you will also be driving meaningful infrastructure projects such as migrating our systems to co‑location and cloud, as well as modernizing our identity stack. You'll work closely with our existing IT staff and external vendors, and report directly to the COO. We're looking for someone energized by bringing structure and rigor to an environment with real technical depth and some inherited technical debt.
Headquartered in Boston, MA at Demiurge you will find a studio with an amazing, collaborative culture and a deep respect for art in all our games. With over 20 years of game development expertise and teams all over North America our commitment to balanced and sustainable development is well known in the game community. We also provide co‑development services to larger, best‑in‑industry game companies. In this capacity, Demiurge has worked with some of the industry’s biggest hitters on exciting projects including Marvel Snap, 2XKO, Marvel Puzzle Quest, and Teamfight Tactics to name a few. This is an exciting time to join Demiurge as we are developing our own independent titles as well. With tons of challenges and opportunities ahead we are always looking for great talent! If you are looking for an exciting, creative, and collaborative studio come join us on Demiurge's next journey!
