This critical role involves leading integration strategies for M&A projects, collaborating with various teams, and developing detailed integration plans. Ideal candidates will have 5-6 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong project management skills. The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $186,000, with additional benefits including bonuses and RSU grants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in M&A integration, IT architecture, or business process transformation.
• Experience leading successful M&A integrations, preferably in relevant sectors such as Semiconductor, AI, or IoT.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
