Job summary

Kforce is seeking a detail-oriented IT Logistics Associate for a client in Miami, FL. The role supports shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations, coordinating shipments and maintaining accuracy to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience with shipping software and inventory management systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and resolve issues.
Support order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipment readiness.
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimize efficiency.
Maintain shipping data and records in company systems.
Investigate shipment discrepancies and delays.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety guidelines.
Generate reports and analyze logistics performance for improvements.
