DIVIETO Ristorante Group is a renowned hospitality brand known for delivering authentic Italian dining experiences across the United States. As we continue to expand, our commitment to operational excellence and innovative business practices remains strong. To support this growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote IT Logistics Analyst to ensure seamless coordination between our technology infrastructure and supply chain operations.
This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required for team meetings, system implementation, or site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Supply Chain Systems Support
- Manage and maintain IT systems that support logistics, supply chain, and inventory operations.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for troubleshooting.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP, POS, and third-party vendor platforms.
- Oversee technology solutions for tracking, reporting, and forecasting inventory levels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making for procurement, distribution, and restaurant operations.
- Monitor KPIs related to logistics efficiency, system reliability, and IT-supported supply chain functions.
- Process Improvement & Project Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance existing logistics and IT workflows.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead or support IT-driven logistics projects such as automation, vendor system upgrades, and digital tracking implementation.
- Support & Compliance
- Provide remote user support and training for logistics-related systems.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, systems, and policies for IT and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company data security standards and federal regulations related to technology and logistics.
Qualifications
Required
- U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems support, logistics analysis, or supply chain technology.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, POS platforms, and inventory/logistics software.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with remote teams.
Preferred
- Experience in the hospitality, food service, or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of cloud-based logistics solutions and integration best practices.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or experience managing IT/logistics projects.
