Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT management or related leadership role.
• Any relevant IT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams and senior management to ensure stable, secure IT services.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to meet business needs and timelines.
• Foster an innovative culture and strong IT governance across departments.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to address IT needs and deliver solutions.
• Execute day-to-day product management tasks and ensure milestones are met.
• Drive operational efficiency and meet SLA requirements.
• Support and develop team members through mentoring and reviews.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methods to balance delivery with planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks in IT projects and operations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to the team.
