Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing and executing solutions for complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leadership duties such as hiring, coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Manage the lifecycle of products or services, including maintenance, patching, and release of new versions.
• Participate in technology planning to align priorities across IT services.
• Set and monitor outcomes, objectives, and key results (OKRs) to deliver cost-effective, customer-driven solutions.
• Develop solutions, define scope, prioritize, and deliver systems and functions in partnership with business leaders.
• Coordinate plans and solutions with the sourcing department and manage vendor relationships and agreements.
• Provide leadership and direction for communication, implementation of new practices, and continuous improvement of organizational performance.
