Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain company Wi‑Fi and network infrastructure.
- Perform routine system updates and software installations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with third‑party IT vendors and service providers.
- Support company CRM, ERP, and business software.
- Support employee access to cloud applications.
- Configure software integrations and workflows.
- Maintain company databases and digital records.
- Assist departments with software optimization.
- Document system configurations and procedures.

- Implement backup procedures.

- Support cybersecurity policies.
- Support antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewalls.
- Monitor for suspicious activity.

Offers are based on a combination of experience, skills, and location. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 per year for Hayward, CA.
