Hendrickson is seeking an IT Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL. The role focuses on end-user support, training, and hands-on IT operations.

The internship requires enrollment in an undergraduate IT program with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA, strong communication and teamwork, and a professional work ethic. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate IT program.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0.
• Ability to interface with customers and provide group and/or one-on-one support and training.
• Ability to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and training for computer systems and network-based software applications.
• Maintain end user system replacement lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate inventory records to facilitate replacements according to established schedules.
• Create, Maintain and Deploy system images.
• Install and support hardware such as PCs, various printers, and storage peripherals.
• Troubleshoots user hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure that workstation configuration complies with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
