Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reclaimed hardware requests and ensure proper return of equipment.
• Perform asset cleanup and inventory within ServiceNow.
• Add software and hardware models to ServiceNow.
• Assist with software installation requests and imaging of PCs.
• Create and update process documentation and user guides.
