Qualifications

• Three years of full-time teaching, training, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Instruction: design and deliver IT Certificate program curricula.
• Classroom and Learning Environment Management: manage records, grading, and attendance policies.
• Student Support and Professional Modeling: tutor students and relate industry trends to coursework.
