Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician for an onsite role in Verona, PA. You will ensure availability of servers, VMware/Hyper-V, AD, Exchange, Office 365, and cloud apps while supporting departments and collaborations across IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of network/system experience, knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Cisco, and Azure, and can manage multiple tasks with strong communication. Travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 3+ years of network/system experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, AD, Office 365, Cisco and Azure.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support LANs, VPNs, users, apps, internet and intranet systems.
• Maintain network facilities, servers, workstations, printers, phones and security.
• Monitor security and perform issue isolation.
• Setup new team members and troubleshoot problems.
• Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches and firewalls.
• Document IT assets and manage inventory.
• Assist with new OS/server deployments and upgrades.
• Support disaster preparedness planning and deployment.
• Monitor antivirus and security apps across network and devices.
• Provide recommendations and quotes for new technology and suppliers.
