Job summary

Elanco seeks an IT Infrastructure Technician to support global manufacturing and R&D sites in North America. You will be based on-site at Clinton, Indiana, delivering hands-on desk-side IT support for end-user devices, networks, and manufacturing IT infrastructure in a regulated environment.

You will manage local IT assets in ServiceNow, execute infrastructure projects, and ensure continuity of critical hardware and software while adhering to SOPs and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and reliability of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure to support site operations
• Provide deskside and end-user technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and telephony
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, connectivity, server rooms, and manufacturing IT infrastructure
• Manage local IT assets, configuration items, incidents, requests, and changes via ServiceNow
• Execute local IT infrastructure projects, lifecycle management activities, and equipment procurement with SOP documentation
