Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in network and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs.
• Experience with server hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting, network monitoring, and outage resolution skills.
• Ability to manage capacity, IP addressing audits, and hosted devices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and install network devices, servers, and services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and outages, and schedule upgrades to enhance reliability.
• Provide remote and on-site support to engineers and end users during installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with IT architects, other IT professionals, and third-party partners to resolve issues and deploy projects.
• Support IT infrastructure projects as part of the Infrastructure Service Desk and report operational status.
• Secure network systems by defining and enforcing access policies and manage IP addressing and capacity in hosted environments.
