Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and business applications in Stamford, CT.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support to users across the organization. 3+ years of network and systems administration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years network and systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, internet, and communication systems.
• Administer AD, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance, security, antivirus, and patch management.
• Provide end-user support and remote troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Research and recommend new IT technologies.
